DEF is a non-hazardous solution comprising 32.5 percent urea and 67.5 percent de-ionized water. When sprayed into the exhaust stream of vehicles with diesel engines, the solution breaks down dangerous nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions into harmless nitrogen and water. Because DEF is not a fuel additive, it is stored in a separate tank and never comes in contact with the diesel fuel.

We supply UltraPure^® DEF, known for its ultra-pure handling and formulation process. UltraPure® DEF meets the 2010 Tailpipe Emissions Standard and delivers improved fuel economy. Compliant with ISO 22241, UltraPure® DEF is API-certified and formaldehyde-free.
